FOSSER FA 11 Ready Mix -30°C is an economical corrosion inhibitor and anti-freeze agent concentrate for radiators in water-cooled vehicles. The product is free of nitrite, amines and phosphates. FOSSER FA 11 Ready Mix -30°C provides excellent frost and corrosion protection all year round. The product does not have any negative effect on coolant hoses or cylinder head gaskets.

FOSSER FA 11 Ready Mix -30°C is ready-to-use radiator anti-freeze that can be used without any restrictions as a thermal transfer fluid in internal combustion engines made in cast iron, aluminium or a combination of these two metals, and radiator systems made in aluminium or copper alloys.

Properties

FOSSER FA 12 Ready Mix -30°C is a radiator corrosion inhibitor and anti-freeze agent based on ethylene glycol. It is free of any potentially hazardous substances such as nitrites, amines and phosphates. Thanks to the optimised combination of highly stable inhibitors based on silicate-free carboxylic acid technology, FOSSER FA 12 Ready Mix -30°C offers excellent protection against corrosion and cavitation and prolongs the coolant change interval. Other additives prevent deposits and foaming of the coolant. FOSSER FA 12 Ready Mix -30°C offers year-round protection against frost and corrosion during the entire service life of the engine. The product does not have any negative effect on coolant hoses or cylinder head gaskets.

FOSSER FA 12 Ready Mix -30°C is particularly recommended for light-alloy engines where the aluminium must be protected against the effect of increased temperatures. We recommend maintaining a concentration of 50% (v/v) during all seasons. FOSSER FA 12 Ready Mix -30°C can be mixed with most coolants based on ethylene glycol.

Eigenschaften

  • FOSSER AdBlue® ist ein hochreines NOx-Reduktionsmittel für Dieselmotoren, die mit SCR-Technologie ausgerüstet sind.
  • Die SCR-Technologie (selective catalytic reduction) basiert auf einer katalytischen Reaktion, bei der schädliche Stickoxide mittels eines Reduktionsmittels (AdBlue) zu den harmlosen Substanzen Stickstoff und Wasser reduziert werden.

Einsatzhinweise

  • Die SCR-Technologie wird zur Implementierung der Abgasstufen EURO 4, EURO 5 und EURO 6 eingesetzt, um ein zukunftssicheres Antriebskonzept bzgl. Wirtschaftlichkeit, Leistung und Umweltverträglichkeit anzubieten.
  • AdBlue® ist in verschlossenen Behältnissen bei Lagertemperaturen von max. 30 °C (durchschnittlich 20 °C) bis zu 24 Monaten haltbar.

Properties

FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 is a premium radiator corrosion inhibitor and anti-freeze agent based on ethylene glycol, with highly effective inhibitors combining OAT and silicate technology as well as high-performance additives (Si-OAT-coolant). It ensures maximum long-term protection of all metal components in the motor. The product does not have any negative effect on coolant hoses or cylinder head gaskets. FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 is nitrite-, amine-, phosphate- and borate free.

FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 – mixed with the correct amount of water – can be used without restrictions as a thermal transfer fluid in internal combustion engines made in cast iron, aluminium or a combination of these metals, and radiator systems made in aluminium or copper alloys. FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 is particularly recommended for high-tech engines that require special high-temperature protection for aluminium components. We recommend maintaining a concentration of 50% (v/v) during all seasons. FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 can be mixed with most coolants based on ethylene glycol.
Caution: Observe manufacturer instructions. Minimum concentration: 33 % (v/v).

FOSSER Антифриз FA 040 – премиальный антифриз на основе этилденгликоля с высокоэффективными ингибиторами по комбинированной тезхнологии органических кислот (OAT) и минеральных силикатов и комплексом высокопроизводительных присадок.Для сверхдолгого срока службы и максимальной защиты всех металлических частей двигателя. Не оказывает отрицательного влияния на шланги охлаждающей жидкости и прокладки головки блока цилиндров. Не содержит вредных веществ, таких как нитриты, амины, фосфаты.

Указания по применению

FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 после смешивания с соответствующим количеством воды применяется в качестве охлаждающей жидкости и жидкого теплоносителя в двигателях внутреннего сгорания независимо от того, сделаны они из чугуна, алюминия или комбинации обоих этих материалов, а также в системах охлаждения из алюминиевых и медных сплавов.

FOSSER Antifreeze FA 040 особенно рекомендуется для высокотехнологичных двигателей, в которых требуется особая защита  алюминия при высоких температурах. Рекомендуется круглогодичная рабочая концентрация 50%. Минимальная концентрация 33 %. FOSSER FA 040 смешивается с большинством охлаждающих жидкостей на основе этиленгликоля.
