ADAC MX Masters 2024 in Jauer
An action-packed weekend in Jauer: What did our RGS Racing Team achieve?

The RGS Racing Team was back in action at the ADAC MX Masters, this time battling it out on the legendary MC Jauer track in Saxony. With perfect weather and temperatures around 25°C, the stands were filled with enthusiastic fans, ready to cheer on their favorites and experience a weekend full of adrenaline-fueled racing. The atmosphere was electric, and the team worked under ideal conditions. It was a weekend of ups and downs, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved.
Samuel Flink: A tough fight with no happy ending
For Samuel Flink, the weekend didn’t go as planned. From the beginning, he struggled to find his rhythm in qualifying, and the Last-Chance Race didn’t bring the breakthrough he hoped for. Despite giving it his all, Samuel couldn’t get into the groove and was forced to bow out of the competition early. However, in true sportsmanlike fashion, he didn’t let this disappointment hold him back, choosing instead to support his teammates every step of the way. His dedication to the team over his own frustrations shows his true character.

Eric Schwella: Strong start, bitter disappointment
Eric Schwella kicked off the weekend on a high note with a strong qualifying lap that promised good results. Hope was in the air as he prepared for the main races, but the competition had other plans. Despite a shaky start in the Last-Chance Race, Eric fought his way forward and was well on track for qualification. But fate took a cruel turn – a brake failure just a few laps before the finish forced him to drop out, costing him a place in the main event. It was a heartbreaking end to what had been an impressive performance.
Linus Persson: Impressive comeback and valuable points
Linus Persson found his form on the Jauer track, delivering a significantly improved performance in qualifying. With an excellent 5th place in his group, he earned direct entry into the races. Saturday, however, presented unexpected challenges: a poor start and an unfortunate crash led to an early exit in the first race. But Linus wasn’t deterred. On Sunday, he showed resilience, clawing his way up to 22nd after a slow start in the second race, just missing out on points. In the third and final race of the weekend, things came together with a solid 17th place, earning him vital points. Now, his focus is firmly on the finale in Holzgerlingen, where he sits 22nd in the overall standings.
Junior Bal: Step by step back to top form
Junior Bal once again proved that he’s a force to be reckoned with in the MX Youngster Cup. He secured a strong 12th place in Saturday’s qualifying, easily booking his spot in the races. In the first race, he continued this form, finishing in 16th and picking up valuable championship points. Although his second race didn’t start as planned, Junior fought hard, working his way up to 21st and just missing the points. The third race saw him put in another determined performance, ending with a well-earned 13th place. This steady progression is pushing him up the championship ladder, and he’s feeling confident for the upcoming challenges. Currently, he holds 23rd in the overall standings.
