- •Especially for the new Mercedes-Benz 7-speed Automatic transmission 722.9 (except code A89) and 5-speed automatic transmission with controlled torque converter lock-up clutch (KÜB) for vehicles with rear-wheel drive (722.6)
- Backwards compatibility is also provided for all previous versions of Mercedes-Benz 4- and 5-speed automatic passenger car transmissions (722.3, 722.4, 722.5). The 5-speed CVT automatic transmission (722.7) is an exception.
